ICore Software Technologies has created this refund policy to describe the circumstances when ICore Software Technologies will issue a refund, the process for claiming a refund against an order, and the liabilities of ICore Software Technologies related to a transaction ending in a refund claim. By registering for any of ICore Software Technologies services, you are stating that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

The information ICore Software Technologies collects is used to improve the content of our website, used to notify consumers about updates to our website or problems with their requests. As soon as the application’s new design, development, and optimization are accepted, the application starts on the day the application money is processed. The client has a list of application design plans and bookings as of the date the application fee is scheduled. We are committed to helping small and medium businesses develop a web presence. This refund policy covers the treatment of ICore Software Technologies. And/or a website owned and operated by ICore Software Technologies.

This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that ICore Software Technologies does not own or control, or of persons that ICore Software Technologies does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which ICore Software Technologies website link.

Filing a complaint

ICore Software Technologies believes that every project starts with a finished project in mind. Therefore, all possible attempts to amicably work out a mutually acceptable solution should be a priority in case of unsatisfactory service. A refund is the last resort that may be taken when things are not working out.

Refund claims should only be filed if we are unable to come to a mutually satisfactory solution.

Eligibility for Refund

ICore Software Technologies takes every project very seriously and ensures that the same is handled professionally and the client gets the result as per the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, if the client is not happy with the outcome and has gone through the dispute resolution process, we do consider refund requests as per the following schedule which lists the services and our refund policy related to each service.

Delivery Time

Full refund if a project has not been initiated or if the initial design style is not approved.
If we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy after the initial design style is approved, then we will issue a partial refund as per the proportion of the work completed.
If we have completed the project and uploaded it to the server, no refunds will be issued.
Project

  • Full refund if work has not started.
  • Every project has a contract. Without agreement on a clear definition of the reimbursement policy, this delivery policy will apply.
  • A partial refund will be given by the contractor if the work is not completed according to the delivery schedule and agreed in the contract. This will be calculated based on the scope of projects completed by ICore Software Technologies and the scope remaining to be completed as per the predefined project scope

Please note that the delivery guarantee of “ICore Software Technologies” is below:

Timely Payment: A project is not considered a failure if the contract/amount shown is not paid.

Timely Customer Communication: ICore Software Technologies does not intend to adhere to the refund policy if the information required for the successful completion of the project is not communicated to us on time.

Any trial or failure of service resulting from such circumstances cannot be attributed to ICore Software technologies.

Complete information provided by the customer: If the information provided to ICore Software Technologies is incomplete and complete information/scope of services is not provided at the beginning of the service, ICore Software Technologies does not want to continue to transmit them, and it is their compensation.

ICore Software Technologies will not be liable for late delivery unless a special agreement has been entered into with a billing agreement.

Limitation of Liability

ICore Software Technologies’ service is only the benefit of that portion of the service (as determined by ICore Software Technologies) that remains incomplete at any time. At no time, ICore Software Technologies shall not be liable for any loss arising out of non-delivery/non-delivery or delay thereof. This refund service is only available when the customer cancels the service and the cancellation is sent in writing to ICore Software Technologies.

Payment Guidelines

  • Payment is accepted by bank transfer, PayPal, etc.
  • Credit card payments are accepted through Visa and MasterCard,
  • All fees are subject to change.
    Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed and sent within 7 business days of the cancellation date and will use the same payment method as the original.
